Compliance Note: This document details the compliance policies built into ArbitrageSmartAI's data routing, account provisioning, and premium checkout protocols. These principles align with FATF guidelines, local anti-money laundering acts, and global sanction regulations.
1. Policy Statement
ArbitrageSmartAI maintains zero tolerance for money laundering, terrorist financing, and other illicit financial operations. While we are an on-chain analytics and diagnostic terminal rather than an exchange, asset custodian, or brokerage, we implement rigorous controls during account registration, premium module payment gateways (Razorpay, PayPal, Crypto), and API access tokens.
2. Know-Your-Customer (KYC) Standards
Access to our institutional tier tools and high-frequency webhook triggers requires explicit identity verification:
- Tier 1 (Basic Terminal Access): Email confirmation and IP address logging (under standard consent frameworks).
- Tier 2 (Pro & Academy Unlock): Single payment identification. Personal billing information collected via our payment processor partners.
- Tier 3 (Institutional API Access): Submission of government-issued ID (Passport, National ID, PAN card in India) and corporate registration records where applicable.
3. Geographic Restrictions & Sanctions Screening
ArbitrageSmartAI complies strictly with international sanctions regimes, including the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), European Union, and United Nations sanctions lists. Citizens and residents of the following countries are prohibited from registering for premium features:
- Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, Crimea Region, Luhansk and Donetsk regions, and other jurisdictions under comprehensive trade embargoes.
- Individuals identified on global consolidated sanction lists (e.g. Specially Designated Nationals - SDNs).
IP addresses are scanned periodically. VPN or proxy routing designed to bypass these geographic filters is a direct violation of our Terms of Service.
4. Suspicious On-Chain Activity Monitoring
The ArbitrageSmartAI terminal continuously scans transaction sizes and address flows across Ethereum, Solana, Base, and BSC networks. In the event that a wallet address interacting with our web socket telemetry links to known exploiters, mixer contracts (e.g. Tornado Cash), or stolen asset bridges, our telemetry server reserves the right to:
- Blacklist the offending wallet address from receiving real-time websocket broadcast frames.
- Terminate any associated premium API keys immediately without refund.
- Coordinate with security firms, validator pools, and local law enforcement in reporting transaction telemetry data.
5. GDPR and Privacy Integration
Personal data gathered during the KYC/AML verification process is managed according to General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) standards:
- Data Minimization: We only collect data necessary to complete payments and fulfill regulatory obligations.
- Right to Erasure: Users may request the deletion of their accounts and KYC data, subject to mandatory transaction record-keeping periods under anti-money laundering statutes (typically 5 years from the last transaction date).
- Secure Storage: Compliance files are encrypted at rest using AES-256 standards and are never sold or shared with third parties except as required under subpoena or law enforcement warrant.
