Privacy Policy

ArbitrageSmartAI respects your data privacy and is committed to shielding personal data under global protection standards.

1. Principles of Data Collection

We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable regional data protection statutes (including the India DPDPA). We collect:

  • Subscription Details: Email addresses and user profile names gathered during customer checkout.
  • Financial Metadata: Payment logs and transaction references. Payment processing is routed through PCI-DSS compliant providers (Razorpay and PayPal); we do not capture or store your full card details or account credentials.
  • Client-Side Logs: IP addresses, browser agents, geolocation data, and page telemetry to prevent DDoS attacks and optimize latency routes.

2. Use of Tracking & Cookies (Cookiebot Integration)

We integrate Cookiebot to manage cookie consents interactively. Google Analytics (G-EZ785HT9WC) is loaded conditionally based on your choices. Cookies are classified into:

  • Necessary: Required to enable system logins, premium unlocks, and secure socket connections.
  • Statistics & Analytics: Used to monitor latency statistics, page traffic flows, and regional server load distributions.

3. Data Transfer & Storage Integrity

All gathered data is transmitted securely via SSL/TLS encryption and stored on GCP servers located in Mumbai, India. We do not sell or lease user lists to brokers or advertisers. Data is shared with regulatory authorities only when required by legal warrant or compliance requirements.

4. Your Rights under GDPR

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you possess:

  • Right of Access & Portability: Obtain details and file exports of all personal data we process.
  • Right to Rectification & Erasure: Request corrections or prompt removal of your profile information, except where record-retention obligations under AML/KYC laws take precedence.
  • Right to Restrict or Object: Oppose automated data processing or profiling systems.

To exercise these rights, submit a formal request to our Grievance Officer at manikkatke93@gmail.com.

5. Changes to this Policy

This draft policy is updated periodically to match compliance improvements. When changes occur, the version numbers and update dates at the top of the document will reflect the change.
